Establishing the newest chapter of Fairwinds, Placemark led the neighbourhood design + architecture of Gracewood – the newest neighbourhood within the Fairwinds Community. Gracewood sets the foundation for future growth, reflecting the vision for Fairwinds in a carefully crafted residential enclave.
Rooted in the natural characteristics of Nanoose Bay, Gracewood is a neighbourhood shaped by its west coast terrain and resort-inspired living. It integrates contemporary architecture within a setting defined by nature, topography, and surrounding coastal views – creating a strong relationship between the built and natural environment.
Placemark led the neighbourhood planning, site design, architecture, and design guidelines, ensuring a thoughtful and cohesive character throughout Gracewood.
