Long celebrated for its premium homes and resort amenities, Bear Mountain now envisions a more diverse mix of housing and enhanced resort lifestyle. Placemark’s work brings together land-use planning, market strategy, and phased development to align the community’s growth with existing zoning entitlements and long-term economic goals.

The resulting masterplan balances enhanced resort amenities, a vibrant mixeduse village core, and new neighbourhoods with the preservation of its defining landscapes and iconic views.
